Kyle Queiro is a strategist grounded in stewardship, responsibility, and a commitment to helping others progress with clarity and conviction.

A graduate of Northwestern University, Kyle began his career concentrating on equities and derivative markets at Bloomberg L.P. in New York City. He later served as Vice President at J.P. Morgan, advising technology and disruptive commerce companies with valuations between $200M and $2B.

Before transitioning into finance, Kyle competed in the NFL as a linebacker for the Dallas Cowboys. That experience continues to inform his disciplined, competitive, and execution-driven approach.

Today, he works with a select group of professionals, entrepreneurs, and former athletes — helping them think more intentionally about navigating complex decisions over time.
